Aims & Objectives
Chameleon Care operates an open door policy whereby the staff,
services purchasers, service user's relatives and service
users are able to question, assist and partake in the promotion
of enhancing a better service to our service users.
We aim to promote the dignity, the value of choices and enhance
the independence of the service users.
We aim to follow good care policies among the staff to deliver
a high quality of care and to promote an awareness to respond
to ongoing changes.
To maintain good liason with outside agencies, general practitioners,
care managers, nurses and other local bodies.
